Easier to make comments here than e-mail, might be the reason why you haven't gotten any.
But anyway, it's like the flying bus easter egg north of Republic of Dave. You can trigger it by touching it, or shooting it.

lol the exact thing happened to me at that spot. Although it didn't move, it just shot straight up until it was so far away that I couldn't see it anymore... damn....lol
