Zimba on the iPhone can transform basically everything (photos, videos, music, contacts...) into scannable QR codes. Pretty amazing what you can do with it.

Everyone should have a scanner on their phone, but why not have a generator as well. The free app "Dittle" is a scanner and dynamic, multi-link tag/qr code generator that allows you to share ALL your info with anyone you choose. Definitely worth a check out.
