That's definitely a discarnate spirit. I say discarnate, "as it's STUCK Here". They have issues they need to go through & be free'd up of in order to leave. I never believed either, until i experienced the "unknown" myself while renovating an 80 year old home. My older brother & sister had experiences at a home my grandma lived in for a few years, but I was barely walking so I have no memories of it. They & my grandma always had experiences to share and still talk about today.

I don't think it's an insect on the lens. There appears to be a reflection off the floor in the open corridor where the elevators are. I'd like to see TAPS look into this.

This is pretty good. Even if the "object" didn't make that shadow at the end, the object itself obviously can't be a shadow either because of the way it occupies space as opposed to being 2 dimensional on the wall and/or floor.

If this is a fake, I would really like to see how it was done. I never gave much thought to ghosts before but this video is pretty interesting.

I went to school here from 1995-99. I creeps me out. From that camera, you can see all of the ways into that rotunda. That's the main floor right in front of the main office. The red doors you see go to the auditorium. -- Although there were always stories that the building used to be a prison at one time. The building is pretty old. But it could have just as easily have been a bug. But I'd like to think it's paranormal

Often, surveillance cameras infrared alienate certain insects night as if they were balls luminescent...

In this particular case, the wide-angle camera surveillance may have alienated the presence of an insect as an anomaly dark. ;-)
