I just know Tsai Chin from my Chinese teacher's recommendation last year. I then searh webs but most articles are in Chinese. Anyway most comments much sound like she has sorrowful life. Is it true? Because I notice on many MV of TV shows, Tsai Chin looks cheerful/ delighted person. She talk loudly, laugh loudly with confidence.
I admire her and wish to know more about Tsai Chin's life. Graceful lady.
She has been through a lot with her marriage, and consequently her career. But because she is such a sanguine lady, she fought through and became a brighter star more now than ever. She has involved in a lot of activities, mostly musical performance, that carry forward and promote Chinese music as part of culture. She often shows her generosity and kindness to her fans and general public.
I like to hear that she loves her audiences. Last month I first time saw her concert in Kuala Lumpur. I did not understand all what she said. But I noticed some group of fans who sat in front rows could participate when she talked. I guessed they might be fans who travelled along to join whereever her tour concert was, I wish I could do that as well.
As I said, she's popular with so many regardless of age and nationality. She has loyal followings in Chinese communities worldwide. I live in NYC and have attended her concerts twice in the past few years.
Oh! You live that far! How and how long have you been Tsai Chin's fans? Did you see her concerts in US or somewhere else?.
For me, I started very late, about last year by my Chinese teacher's suggestion. After that I always complain myself where I have been for decades that not known her before. Problably, Chinese (with Mandarin) communities in my country may be too small. And I need to fly to neighbor country to see hers.
