  • So when in that process do you carbonate it?

  • It carbonates when the yeast eats the sugar and produces c02 which is carbination.

  • I know that yeast makes cO2 I have just never seen it done this way. Usually there is forced carbonation for kegs or priming sugar for bottles. You seemed to have neither.

  • The holding tanks are like a big keg. They use c02 to push the beer, doing a forced carbonation.. But I could be wrong.
