  • Dark Luminoth? What was that?

  • And oh yeah, I believe Echoes was also the most difficult.

  • @Kazumakiri I personally think Corruption is the most difficult.

It is impossible to control the Hypermode. You will lose lots of energy tanks in seconds!

The enemies are a lot more difficult too. The Phaazoid's...

They made the game a lot more difficult and scary.

The only thing that is hard in Prime two is some bosses, some enemies and the dark atmosphere until you get the light suit.

  • @Chykkalarvaquadraxis I haven't really beaten Prime 3, but I do know that Phaaze is ridiculous on the hardest difficulty. I know that the Dark Samus battle is half an hour, while the actual final boss is about an hour, or maybe longer, depending on how good you are. The scariest moment for me in the Prime series was the Phazon Mines, because i remember enemies jumping out of nowhere and raping me...

  • Here's what I think:

    Prime: Best music.

    Echoes: Best bosses.

    Corruption: Best gameplay.

    Anyone else care to differ?

  • Ah...memories.

  • @evilisbliss Yesterday I beat Metroid Prime 2 Echoes on Veteran, and I was speechless when I finally beat all the bosses and saved the Luminoth.

Every Prime game will leave you speechless and full of chills.

  • @Chykkalarvaquadraxis Especially with the music that plays during the credits.

  • @evilisbliss The credits theme from Prime 1 is AMAZING! Get chills of it even if I do not play the game.

The credits theme from Prime 2 is also good, but not the "same" chills as in Prime 1.

Metroid Prime 3: Not that good. Retro Studios should have kept the main menu theme song as the credits theme too.

  • @Chykkalarvaquadraxis In my opinion, Prime 1 has the best music out of the three, Prime 2 has the best plot, and Prime 3 has the best graphics and the best gameplay (I know that Primes 1 and 2 have Wii controls, but 3 uses the Wii Remote's functionality to a greater extent, which makes Corruption feel more immersive). Prime 1 also resonates with me more since it was the only one I owned until the Trilogy came out, and I had never finished it until then as well.

As for chills go, I get--

  • @Chykkalarvaquadraxis --chills from listening to Prime 1's credit theme, Prime 2's title theme, and Prime 3's Rundas and Gandrayda themes. Speaking of Rundas and Gandrayda, their death scenes are probably the hardest to watch, probably because Samus (and by extension the player) has an attachment to them. I just saw Ghor as some homicidal robot. Also, I do agree that Prime 3's title theme should have been in the credits.

  • i tried postin one big comment but suddenly it split up and messed something up. i dont know why but i'll just use a pm
