Get a new video card.. You have low FPS and Lowest settings.. I have to play it like this at my friends house on his old computer.. You can get some cheap video cards under 100 bucks than can support 2001 - 2011 games.. Most seem to work for bf3 but you need to lower the settings a bit. But for older games 2001 - 2008 you can wack it up to highest settings (:
