saw them in 79 going to see the again in october cant wait 32yrs!! long time between gigs and no jerry but im sure it will be brilliant!! 3 gigs from my teens iv never forgot, the specals in 79, the who and the jam in 81,god it was the best time to be a teen 78,79,80,81 82 best years of my life, still a mod though even at 47, nature is makein me a skinhead lol.. but theres not a lot of difference!!! keep the faith and skank it up!!!!

I'm so upset about this! The Specials were the best band in the world. They have spoilt everything by doing this. I refuse to go and watch them. No way can it ever be like it was in the early days how can it be? This is nearly as embarrassin as the Pistols reformin, not as bad though John Lydon makes such a tit of himself now that it makes me feel sick, such a shame because he was so cool in the 70s. Never thought The Specials would do this. I see Jerry is not here, must have more sense.

Everyone that attended The Specials 30th anniversary tour will probably agree that they are performing even better than they were back then..seriously, I really wasn't expecting that and is why it blew my mind away and made it even more awesome and the best gig I have ever been to.
