I chartered this boat 1/21/12 - 1/28/12. 3 cabin, 3 head floor plan. Freezer inop. Galley fridge is failing. Lower helm station inop. VHF radio requires replacement. All lifting rams on all doors require replacement. A/C water pump failed last night. Needs swivel between anchor and rhode. Reading lamps in all cabins have dead shorts. Mast electrical has issues. Needs to be taken out of charter service and recieve major mechanical review. Sails like a dream. Engines strong. $459,000? Really?
