They're also depriving the viewers of quality. They just go on! They won't even THINK about ending the series until it stops making money (just look at Pokemon! It's still going!). This just brings my piss to a boil, and I'm willing to disregard my personal morals and values to hate on this shit. I only wish for viewers of anime to be viewing quality work, and lovers of these animes are convinced what they're watching is the best.

Hey I was a Naruto fan to, it was the first anime I ever saw.. but it started to suck after a while, I think bleach is okay, but so far one of my favorites was Code Geas.. I mean I did love Evangelion too, until the last few episode.. it was jsut sorta flashbacks and the same crap over and over again, though the other eps were still good.

Apologies for all this ranting, but I just had to let it out. I'm glad to see a former Narutard gain his senses (though I'll bet you still have ties with it; it was your favorite anime at one time). Narutards and Bleachtards, etc, have irreversibly tarnished the reputation anime among "normal" people, and now all "otaku"s are being persecuted for it. Apologies again for the ranting, but fuck Naruto, and fuck Bleach.

i think your theory of them being cashgrabbers applies only to bleach. bleach just slowly introduces one baddie clan after another. naruto introduced the main villains halfway through part 1 and has been wasting no time since. one piece however is also guilty of this considering the writer admitted he's stretching it out on purpose.

yes i still keep up with naruto but not as closely and not with as much enjoyment (pacing in the manga has slowed down to a crawl). I think naruto and bleach have been misconcieved as typical anime due to corporate meddling. we all think of anime characters having large spiky hair because the first anime most of us saw was dragonball z. whats being aired on YTV is giving the younger generations a wrong idea of what anime is supposed to be.

yeah word of advice before i respond. when writing, make sure not to leave out half the words that should be there for your sentence to be readable.

people should just watch whatever the fuck they want. it doesn't matter how it hurt its genre's reputation or any of that if it entertains you thats all that important.

the reason i became so attatched to naruto in the first place was because i was exposed to it before it was aired in the west. i thought it was brilliant and it is what got me into "real" anime.
