Saw your video this afternoon, and built it this evening ... looks great! I added 3 inches to the riser posts, only because my foam pad I am using to put pressure behind the screen is thick. Can't wait to burn my next screen!
This is a TERRIFIC video tutorial and a good design. I love PVC for stuff like this. (Check out the Tinker Tubes group on Flickr for more PVC goodness). Your tips about not gluing the PVC are right on.
PS...I thought your musical choice was pretty cool too! Keep up the great work.
this is all well and good if you have a professional shop to work in. I'll probably end up clamping the light to a piece of wood and attaching the wood to the wall.
