How to: Make Cydia Faster Using Backgrounder

after i downloaded backrounder my ipod i stuck on the green poison logo,please find out wat happened thanks

my cydia doesn't work with backgrounder, when i hold home button nothing happens. then i go into music and it almost instantly pops up???
