First you should learn the definition of spam

Second this cartridge has no chip like other

HP cartridges so there is nothing to reset

Third if you have faulty cartridge that is not

a refill instruction fault

As others have commented, this video is just spam. In addition, a #60 cartridge won't work after refilling unless you reset the chip - which is extremely difficuolt.
