oh this trick was the one i 1st learned from my friends ,that year almost the entire class was doing that trick and u can spin other stuff too with this trick (almost anything that can fit in between ur fingers and wont hit u or the floor when it spins) and i remember few months ago when i moved to seconary school when i teached my friend how to do it there would be a pen or pencil flying every 10seconds-5mins

It doesn't necessarily have to be done within the thumbflap. There are other ways into doing a sonic to tie it in with other tricks.

nice video, but you are not doing the sonic correctly. it is supposed to spin around your middle finger and land in between your index and middle with the same end that you started with... its confusing but look it up on youtube.
