shame not all products sell the tea bag fertilizer with the growing medium I lost a full garden last summer due to lack of nutrients now I know better get fertilizer this spring :) may look for some burlap bags for this though and not plastic that way holes are not needed.

I believe they mean the "tea bag"(fertilizer) lasts 3 to 4 weeks, not the grow bag. It isn't stated well but that must be what they mean.
