I worked at wetzels pretzels Australia and they are more strict here than any where else. After making thousands of pretzels you don't need to weigh the dough if you can't tell by eye then your just crap.

New York pretzel, with cheese. Wetzel's i give them like a 4 out of 10 New York gets an 9 out of 10.

Really, That really sucks, cheap basturds! I did not know the economy will really push limits this far, but the one in citywalk like in the video, we make freshly made pretzels either every 30 minutes or the latest 1 hour no matter if they sell or not, my co workers still works there.
