The moment at 2:44 was copied from "Captain Commando" when you are surrounded by enemies before the 3rd boss.
The back attack of the girl was copied from "Streets of rage" where Blaze Fielding has 100% the same move.

Got it and tried playing it, but I just had one small problem:
It runs sloooooooooooooooower than Slowpoke swimming in molasses with lead weights -- on a dual-core PC with 2 gig RAM and Geforce 8600 GT... =.=
When I alt+tab out the rest of my system is at normal speed (oddly enough, even the game, as long as it's not the active window!).
Too bad, it looks like such a kickass game too...
