My rubik's cube is too springy and slow to use any of those successfully.

Many of these are really slow. R U' R' U can be done without a regrip by doing the U' with your left index finger instead of the thumb. R U2 R' is much easier and faster with a double flick with your index and middle fingers. You use different J and U permutations for me, so I can't really comment on those, but there are much faster ways of doing them.

do not use vaseline

it destroys your cube

i did it and the plastic covers went out

and the colors faded

use silicon spray instead

i lubed mine with vaseline

the trick is to carefully watch where you place the vaseline

my friend used wd40 and his stickers got really faded that red looked like orange, yellow looked like white, and blue looked like green.

but i still think silicone spray works best
