  • Wow, nice guns!!

  • lol shes got her gloves, got her belt! and shes got only 1 ten pound plate heeheeee

  • will it cost alot to buy some gym machines for home use?

  • 11% is indeed an excellent level of bodyfat and you should actually be seeing great definition in your chest and abs if your bodyfat is that low. Still I would continue to do at least 4 different exercises for chest ..such as ..flat bench press for size..dbl flyes for definition ..cross cables and pec deck. All in a rep range of 8 to 10 and failing on the last rep of each set.

    Good luck

  • Hi.

What parts of the pecs does this excersise? Lower, middle, top?

Also i was wondering what pushups and dumbell presses workout in regards to the lower, middle, and top regions of your chest.

i have been doing lots of dumbell presses and pushups and have seen a huge change in size in my chest. Unfortunatly they kinda look like boobs. Am i only working out 1 part of my chest? If so tell me what i should do to balance it.

    BTW i am a male.

  • HI there..have you closely examined your diet? If you are gaining size in the pec muscles but have a layer of fat or a feminine looking chest area...it could be a diet issue. You also must be aware of the estrogen content in certain food and drink. For instance BEER is loaded with estrogen like properties. What is your body fat level?

The pec deck will offer you variety in your chest workout but won't make you get cuts unless you cut calories. Hope this helps

  • My body fat percentage is 11 percent. Apparently thats really good. They said something like im in 8. I dont know what "8" is suppose to mean.

Anyways, should i stop doing dumbell presses and stick to the pec deck with low weight and high reps? Will that give me more definition and a smaller chest?

  • i wish my gym had this machine, push in with your elbows, no bicep involed, its so much better than where you grip the handles, too much bicep and delts
