nah, it's for real... that is exactly why there are multiple camera angles, that also seem to be concealed from the passengers. It's also for real because it is obvious the pilots have concealed microphones, which is why you can't hear the passengers very clearly. Hope you noted the sarcasm.

he isn't, you have to be 23 to get your atp (airline transport pilot). however he could fly second in command for united being 18 with a commercial license, but he's 17. so he could only have his private license... which i doubt too.
