@Devonna210 In Croatia in Europe the minors under 18 are not allowed to buy them, but almost noone acts by those rules. 13 or 14 year olds can be seen in caffes in the night, up to 1:00 AM or later, and they would sell them alcohol! I know it's not good, but here almost every young person drinks when going out on Saturdays! It is like that in a lot of places in Europe, but I doubt they sell them alcohol in the stores. In my country, often times they don't go by the rules and nobody does anything
