The good news is you are going to live forever. And the bad news, for most people, is they are going to live forever. You get to decide what type of environment you live in. Chose wisely.
Ron, I am a banjo picker and we are learning a few of your songs just recently. I really am a fan of yours and now that I have heard your testimony and love for Jesus Christ I am a much BIGGER fan! He is coming back soon and everyone better be ready because you'll bow to the Father whether you want to or not.
As a recent new fan of Union Station, I came across this video of this really good guitar player, Ron Block. By good I mean REALLY good. However, I roll my eyes with great gusto hearing this superstitious foolishness he spits out in this video. What a disturbing crock of stunning nonsense. 2:20? Are you freakin kidding me Block !?!? Did someone hit him over the head with a banjo or something? My admiration for him has suddenly taken a major leap backwards.
@OnWhiteLake They'll be a day when you wished you would've listened a little more to all this "nonsense". Do us all a favor, next time you get ready to flap off at the mouth....right before you hint enter just pull the big black cord going to the top back corner of your computer. I'll be praying for you.
always stay with the KJV, everything else has been changed off of it, people wanting to make something right thats not, and the end of the Bible says not to change anything in the Bible, if you do you lose your portion.
@joroma77 I don't like the NIV either, but your comparison is not fair. If you read these passages in context, they are not nearly so different. Your editing was done to make them look much more different than they are, which is less than forthright. All of that said, the KJV is the best translation I have seen. "Thou shalt not kill", however, is incorrect. The correct translation is " Thou shalt not murder", which is much different. KJV is very good, but not without error.
#22 is following me around. When I get a locker at a new job: locker 22. I grew up in house 22. My birth number is 4 = 2+2. Everywhere there's this number haunting me! #4 stands for stability and order, and that's something I've lacked most of my life. It's as if I'm constantly reminded that I need just that: stability and order. Fate?
i got to sit down and talk to him a few years back when he played a concert with andrew peterson for my grandparents he was really awesome to listen to
My clock is always 11:11. Jesus wasn't saying he was the one and only son . . . we are all the one and only son. Kinda makes the Golden Rule make sense . . . meaning do undo others because the others are the same being as you are . . . that is, an equal part of God.
May God bless all those who love Him and all of us who were saved by our Lord Jesus Christ to share bravely our testimony of salvation and change through His grace.

Go nuts, but please - PLEASE - don't tell Santa to not bring me gifts this year. THAT would be tragic.

@OnWhiteLake We're all entitled to our beliefs and opinions. He probably thinks that your belief in chance is pretty silly.

The NIV version of Galatians 2;20 has it WRONG! It's a majorly deceitful, disgusting "translation".
NIV reads: "I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live". So what's this pulse I feel in my wrist?
KJV (The Authorized Bible) reads: "I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live". That's the truth!
