you don't have to download the traffic pack. In the pack are swapping traffic: find f.e. police1.bnk and rename in police11.bnk and rename f.e. pompier1.bnk in police1.bnk and police11.bnk in pompier1.bnk

and you can do that with every traffic car in this game

PS: pompier is the firetruck, after swapping he want chasing you

About the yellow / orange MC12 and the rims they were made in 'TDU Toolkit' called ' Body Swap and Rim Swap ( i think ) you might wanna google that .
