But this isn't martial arts and it isn't kung fu, it would probably be good for modern wushu which is performance and acrobatics. Still I enjoyed this because the guy was good at what he was doing, which was acrobatics.

Kung Fu teaches a broad array of stuff, depending on your teacher & school. I am just a beginner in White Crane Kung Fu and my teacher already teaches us how to flip over small obstacles.

Just saying that flips are not exclusively taught in Capoiera.
