Well I am from Finland too but there is difrent kind of saunas in diffrent cultures. For example Rome has had their saunas even before Cesar lived...
Most of us, finns, don't find sauna so erotic place when the steam makes the air about 80-100 celcius-degrees hot. And offcourse when there is steam, you really won't read papers, don't you think?

Swedish don't have saunas, they have bastus. And you are not supposed to read in sauna. It is a place to forget the worries of the world. I should know as I am from Finland and sauna is only finnish word adopted to English language.

siinäkin on se ero että saunoja on monenlaisia... esim turkissa, roomassa tunnetusti ja monissa muissakin kulttuureissa... Ruotsissa tosin sauna on kuulemmas yleisesti 50 astetta lämmin...
