I see people lane drifting , late indicating , using mobile phones ... in fact all manor of shite that never gets picked up on yet when a bikers going excess of the speed limit everybodys like WHOOAAA thats dangerous driving ! .... FUCK ORFFF
Police cought me with radar with 203 mph in my town Bucharest/Romania.:)) I was in a clio 1.5 dci ...max speed 100 mph :)) it was an error at computer :))
He brakes for around one second and then he's at the speed of other traffic. I doubt he went from 150mph to casual cruising speed within a second. I smell bullshit.

It doesn't look like he was doing 150 but it depends how far away he was and how heavily zoomed the camera was.
If he was far away and the camera was highly zoomed in, the foreshortening effect of the long lens would make him look slower than he actually is.
