  • This guy Rocks

  • guy or gay ?

  • staccato on the b5 i pretty sure

  • never question a Texan. that goes double if he is wearing a fez like morrocco mole.

  • a zenét vagy érzi az ember, vagy nem!

  • te most gitár akkor dr. vagy???? Konzervatorium a neten keresztül?

  • It looks like Cale uses a Capo on the second fret when he plays it.

  • sorry JJ Cale did

  • dude that was a shitty and your playing themain riff wrong

  • Clapton probably chose this song because of his love for cocaine. :) When Clapton discovered the songs of J.J. Cale made him do a lot of money, began to copy JJ Cale continuously. There is no doubt that Clapton is a great guitarist, but little of what he did was really written by himself. In most everything is inspired by J.J. Cale. Mark Knopfler also took great inspiration from JJ Cale, but tried to put something of his style. Clapton has never worried about it.

  • is that a G and L guitar?

  • eric clapton didn't write cocain, jj cale did. then again rolling stone magazine placed kurt cobain higher than buddy guy in the top 100 guitarists of all time, so we can't rate texas terri too harshly.

  • doesn't even know who wrote it....a hired gun...but a very weak one...lol

invited to our blues club...for year lol but no prognostic for healing

an then he sings it gets freaky .... go boy play on your weddings and Bar Mitzwas Live long and prosper...

  • Nice lesson for beginners, very clear.

    Ciao Joop.

  • no sound

  • cant hear !

  • dude nice playing

    but J.J Cale wrote cocaine

  • First of all JJ Cale wrote the song, not clapton, but that has been pointed out here enough lol.

Second, is this the easy version? no licks in the intro, using bar chords instead of power chords, this must be for beginners, but anyway nice of the poster to take the time to post this vid

  • Errrrrrrrr... x that last comment LOL. I just watched a live vid and this is the way Clapton plays it. Some guitar hero just showed me a dif way with lots of extra needless crap in it =/ Sorry bout that dude.

  • Is this the easy version? Not being a shithead but missing the hammer-on and dead strums.

  • hey man that sounds totally wrong

you need some proper lessons dude

  • J.J. Cale wrote it ..end of convo.

  • Eric Clapton did not write "Cocaine". JJ Cale wrote it. Although many people don't know that because Clapton made it is own and the rest is history.

  • actually jimi wrote the song...

  • really wow i always thougt that jj cale wrote it lol

  • yes you are. eric clapton wrote the song.

  • um i thought jj cale wrote this song? am i wrong?

  • no youre right

  • @Lz775 not wrong man, Eric covered it

  • Cool Guitar!

  • You know that riff has the same pattern of Sunshine Of Your Love? Lol... But still it's a cover...

  • It's a song that Eric Clapton wrote... No, it is cover... Lol! Let's do a little bit of Cocaine...
