@MrUrosSrb It's not different at all. Lee Strobel constantly use examples, such as St. Ignatius, who were willing to die rather than renounce their faith. They claim he and others like him wouldn't have laid down their lives unless they knew Christianity to be absolutely true. The 9/11 attacks are a more recent example, but throughout history in virtually every faith we see there is nothing special about zealots willing to die for their faith regardless of the evidence.

1. If Jesus died around 30 ce then the apostles would have died around 60 ce. The earliest gospel Mark is dated 65 ce. So there is no certain way to know exactly what any of the apostles taught personally, except for perhaps Paul.
2. All of the reports of the resurrection include reports of angels. Therefore the idea of a resurrected Jesus is only as creditable as the idea of angels. I have yet to hear any convincing evidence of angels, have you?

To see what true Christianity means, read any of the Gospels (matthew, mark, luke, or john) and see what Jesus preaches.

evolution is not abiogenesis, apparently you have gotten these two things confused. evolution = observed biological diversity. abiogenesis = initiation of life. these are two very different fields.

They claim he and others like him wouldn't have laid down their lives unless they knew Christianity to be absolutely true. The 9/11 attacks are a more recent example, but throughout history in virtually every faith we see there is nothing special about zealots willing to die for their faith regardless of the evidence.

Jesus Christ (would be so disappointed). One, the whole video says "we don't really know". Yeah, well don't tell the story then. Spreading misinformation is a terrible tool that religion abuses all the time. Two, Trajan ordered all religions could practice in private, and punishment would only happen if someone publicly opposed the State religion. Ignatius didn't just wander into town, he had to actively cause problems in order to be arrested.

1. If Jesus died around 30 ce then the apostles would have died around 60 ce. The earliest gospel Mark is dated 65 ce. So there is no certain way to know exactly what any of the apostles taught personally, except for perhaps Paul.
2. All of the reports of the resurrection include reports of angels. Therefore the idea of a resurrected Jesus is only as creditable as the idea of angels. I have yet to hear any convincing evidence of angels, have you?

Why do atheists care what Christian believe?
The problem is your god goes around telling people to do all kinds of stupid things. He told GWB to go war and tell America a pack of lies. Then he told you Christians to believe him. He tells you Christians that he made the world in seven days, even though their is an abundance of scientific evidence to the contrary. He tell you anti-intellectual Christians that "global warming is myth" and you obstruct effort to address it.

The Bible says that God made the world in seven days, but what was a day to God when He made it? Was it one cycle of light around the planet? or something else completely. Also, I've never been told by God that global warming is a myth. In fact, it says in Genesis (the very first book of the Bible) that God gave us the earth and that we are to take care of it. The problem with Christianity is that we get too political (or at least the "loud" Christians do). They tend to stick to the far right ideals instead of the Biblical ones. To see what true Christianity means, read any of the Gospels (matthew, mark, luke, or john) and see what Jesus preaches.

These people are absurd when they say there is no or very little evidence for a Creator. They need to start looking, without prejudice, and look hard at it. They can't say what they would need to see, but they can look. Even the Bible, as last resort, is good evidence. The very fact that complex life forms have these thoughts and logical assertions means there's a decent chance they were intended to.

evolution is not abiogenesis, apparently you have gotten these two things confused. evolution = observed biological diversity. abiogenesis = initiation of life. these are two very different fields.
evolution is anything but random. i'm sorry that you did not learn that a long time ago. evolution culls suboptimal solutions quickly (as defined by fitness in the environment). not random.
