Hi K9mauser, as soon as we left the wolves had dinner, we were back there 6 hours later and all that was left was the rib cage, fur and lots of blood in the snow. Mother nature at it's best!

Yes it died, on the video.

The next day all that was left was the head and rib cage. With a couple of Bald Eagles cleaning up what was left on the bones. Mother nature at it's best!

Locomotive Engineers are not allowed to have guns. Mother Nature took care of the deer. You could tell the deer died while the video was being made. Nature freeks get so upset seeing something like this, but if the see a brid of prey catch a fish and eat it..It's majestic. Go Figure

First of all shooting the deer in the middle of nowhere wasn't an option. We don't carry guns on trains. Those wolves were hiding in the tree line waiting for us to leave. That deer didn't suffer to long. Mother nature at it's best.
