Daniel Craig can't be Apollo, he's way too old, a younger actor would be better, and also he is a God so I have pretty high expectations for him. Also he's just so cynical and that somehow makes him even more attractive, it is just my opinion I fell completely in love with him when I read the book. I think Kellan Lutz would be perfect, also Brant Daugherty, Paul Walker(Not as young as the first ones), Ian Somerhalder would be good too. Bradley Cooper would be a good Hermes.
“‘Did you shag him?’ said Hermes. ‘I wouldn’t worry about that. Everybody shags him. Even I’ve shagged him. That was during a very boring decade. Oops, nearly missed my turn.’”
i read this book in 3 days it was that good and i loved the witty banter between the gods, especially how they cope in their daily lives trying to survive.
I found this book at Costco and ended up forcing myself to take a week to read it instead of finishing it in less than two days. I'd read through half of it while waiting on my parents to finish shopping and then they bought it for me because I had been so absorbed in it.
I was just explaining that line to my brother yesterday. For Neil to say that line at such a crucial moment was the funniest thing. It was so funny I had to put the book down because I simply couldn't go on reading.
I opened the book at the bookstore and was engaged within moments, having had both my love of Greek mythology and that for absurdity excited at the prospect of taking this book home.
I'll be keeping an eye out for more of your work Marie! Thanks!
Im going out to buy the book this weekend! was suggested it by my AS level classical civilisation teacher, break up the monotony of Greek tragedy and epic poems.

A great great book, I loved it! I think a young Brad Pitt with longish hair would have been the perfect Apollo though...
