I don't understand why they call it HOVER-craft when it doesn't even hover. Do you even know what the word hover means?
Hovering (levitation), the process by which an object is suspended by a physical force against gravity, in a stable position WITHOUT SOLID PHYSICAL CONTACT ON ANY SURFACES.
This hovercraft is still touching the surface, its not really a hovercraft. Its an inflatable-craft.
@me2me23 Just the skirt is touching the ground slightly, the floor is not. The skirt holds the air in place. Do some research, it's always like that. You could remove the skirt and see it, but it would be harder to control. That's why the skirt was introduced in the first place.
