I drive Semi Trucks in USA. Because of these problems I am installing Digital video recording in my Truck, Front, Left and Right side. I absolutely have no problem to run you over in situation like this one in video. In USA there are Car Drivers who will cause an accident and then sue you for Money

The Technology is there. I suggest you install Video Recording in ur car to protect yourself from anything. There are ppl who make a living in accident frauds, specially against commercial vehicles.

You should do everything you can to try to avoid an accident. That does not mean swerve because you can cause even a greater accident. Because of the Video we understand the cause of accident, but if no Video and no HIT it's ur foult.

@IvIustangsvt2003 When airbags deploy, there is a poof of white powder (I'm not sure what it is, but it's what inflates the bag) because it instantly vents back out of the bag through little openings so you don't bounce off of it, it absorbs your inpact, so that's what the "smoke" is.

Thats why drivers are taught not to change lanes or turn if a car comes in front of you.

I almost went under a moving semis trailer after swerving to keep from getting hit on my tail end by a guy switching into my lane behind me, I swerved and fishtailed almost right infront of the trailers back tires, VERY scary.

@ shananane: that happens a lot... in some countries (like mine) if the other driver doesnt hit your car, then it´s not involved in the accident, so he (or she) is completely free to go.. happened to me... police will do nothing, since at the eyes of shitty traffic law he or she did nothing wrong, however U get a ticket for crashing (refundable under certain circumstances) :@

what an ass forgot his turn, so he came up fast and stopped in the middle of the road. if they also ban this parking on the side, it is a narrow road, either lower speed limit or ban parking to give space to cars to avoid such assholes.
