One - How do you get a 630+ horsepower V12 engine into a weak 215-hp V6 SLK? Second - The Enzo gets to 60mph in 3.1 seconds. The SLR McLaren gets to 60mph in 3.6 seconds. So that contest was EXTREMELY surprising to me. I thought the Ferrari would kick ass.

Power to weight ratio has everything to do with it. Think about it instead of over analyzing the situation, throw 400 horsepower in a car you see every day the 300c now throw 400 horsepower in another simple car an Integra or something think about it less weight same basic power the Slk might not win on a track but in this case, a straight line well there ya go. Do some research on these cars, in this case the only thing "race" mode would do for the Enzo is make the gear change faster.

The Enzo will eat a SLR on a track because of a lot of different reasons but think about it they are two totally different cars. The SLR has carpet and more creature comforts thus more weight, the Enzo is stripped down with no carpet and bare carbon fibre for a reason. But this video is all about power to weight.
