  • Hey i'm 17, 18 in a couple of months, I've been working out now for about 7/8 months, i' have put on quite a lot of muscle and size from being a skinny ectomorpth, would it be okay if i took a weight gainer like serious mass? i'm pretty lean 10st at 5ft8 and i would like to preferably just build lean muscle mass. Thank you and you have great videos!

  • @woodster1994 Look up Whey protein and Egg protein. Those two proteins are probably what your looking for. You will find a lot of stuff at the supplement warehouse website. Supplement warehouse offers discounts and price match on body building and health supplements. (supplement warehouse d0t caum)

  • could you give me the names of the products (brand and product) you recommended in this video?

  • im 17 im taking test freak, jack3d and isolated whey.

  • thanks alot bro these vids help me out alot. KEAP IT UP!!!!

  • @JoeDeSimone100 thank you for watching, glad we can help.

  • Do I need to drink a lot of water after taking Creatine?

  • @mattmoreira252 Drinking enough water is something you should always do regardless of whether you are on creatine or not. Creatine does not dehydrate you, that is a myth. Hope this helps.

  • @mattmoreira252 YES!!. its almost like salt.. but obviously creatine has a purpose.. and you dehydrate faster and can get headaches. so yes drink alot of water while on creatine

  • OMG...can't believe i clicked this - i thought i was still a teenager - i was 18 September last year LOL!!!

  • @karchun9860 we see what you did there, lol. Thank you for watching,

  • Hey, i want to gain muscles and reduce fat at the same time and i plan on training every second day, drink 3-4 liters of water a day and eat many protein and as well take optimum nutrition whey protein after my training. Is this good? Please, Please answer. Greetings

  • @P3N15K0PF losing weight comes down to eating slightly less than your burn and the correct macro nutrient ratio. We recommend 50% of calories from fat and 30% from protein and 20% from carbs. If you need further assistance please PM us. Hope this helps.

  • hey man great vid, you told me to check this out, soo i did, very usefull, could you answer this question - when should you take creatine, like what time of the day??

  • @welshstreetfighter10 on training days post-workout mixing it in your post workout shake is good and on non training days any time is fine just take it with carbs,

  • Can i use Assault from MusclePharm? im 16 years old and do alot of intense workouts all week. and i really wanted to take this, but it says u shouldnt take it for people under 18. so can i take it, if not whats something almost exactly the same that gives you that "pump" for teens, you know?

  • @SuperY0shi64 "pump" via currently available ingredients is yet to be proven. Therefore you are really judging pre-workouts based on stims and at your age you really don't need stims as energy should not be a rate limiting factor. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Hope this helps.

  • HI im taking Beyond raw Ravage and im 14 im going to turn 15 in a couple months is it safe?????

  • @LILDG789 you really should skip this, stims are not necessary for anyone to grow let alone a teenager. Stick with the supplements in the video and a good intense training program. Hope this helps.

  • Great vid thanks guys

  • @haterssuck26 thank you for watching.

  • @BestPriceNutrition I'm 15 yrs old, 5'11" 235lbs. I'm looking for something to lose a little weight but also gain muscle mass, what would you recommend

  • @MrAZ209 diet an exercise are #1,2, and 3 for this. Feel free to send us a private message and we can help in more detail if you'd like.

  • im 16 years old people told me not to take supplements cuz im still young & i should be 18 years old to take one is this true ????

  • @ahmed51014 check out the video as we discuss this in detail.

  • @BestPriceNutrition i am 15 years old and i weight lift for almost 4 months is it okay for me to take whey hydrolysate if so how muck a day? thanks

  • @ramez9199 sorry for the delayed reply. You could just make sure you know about how protein you are getting from your diet so you know how much to supplement. Shoot for ~ 0.75g of protein per pound of body weight. Also we are not big on whey hydrolysates (very pricey and not necessarily worth it). Hope this helps.

  • Hi, I'm curious now to as is it possible for teens like me,age 15 to take syntha 6 and whey100% ON, because these are both protein supplements too right?

  • @CallMeAndyx3 sorry for the delayed reply. You could just make sure you know about how protein you are getting from your diet so you know how much to supplement. Shoot for ~ 0.75g of protein per pound of body weight. Hope this helps.

  • @BestPriceNutrition As a 27 year old man at a moderate level of fitness (280 squat, 300 dl, etc.), is 0.75g per pound of body sufficient to sustain strength and mass gains? I try to shoot for 1x as most people recommend, but I find that I have to eat or supplement an uncomfortable amount to reach that goal.

0.75g seems more reasonable to me.

  • WOW THIS HELPS ALLOT THANKS SO MUCH.

  • @BestPriceNutrition Im 17, 120 Pds, and really lean. My metabolism is out the roof, i consume more than half my body weight everyday but i never gain a pound. Im tired of wearing shirts and lookin so small, i only look good with my shirt off but what good is that unless your at home. Is there any supplements or powders out there that will kick the shit out of my metabolism?

  • @CyberNeonChrist its likely not your metabolism rather it has more to do with your activity level. You are probably a busy body. Check out our vid on how to gain weight / how to gain muscle (you can find it on our YouTube homepage) as we go in depth on the subject. If you have any questions after watching feel free to post them and we will answer.

  • Hi Im 17 i worked out for 2weeks using USN muscle fuel, i got such great results that i decided to stop working out, but then i got strech marks on my triceps, should i workout for months before using supplements??? im afraid of getting more strech marks

  • @doilio stretch marks are soemthing that happen to some people and not others based on how your skin reacts to growth. Some people gain a lot of muscle and have no stretch marks at all so it really is just something that happens to some peoples skin independent of supplements or rapid growth. Sorry wish we had better news. Some people cover it with self tanner creams pretty well.

  • I am 14 and weigh 60 kg. my height is 1,83. to you think that it is healthy to take protein shake as i am a little skinny ..

  • @eminemnill to gain weight you need more carbs and fat as well as protein. We made a vid on how to gain weight/how to gain muscle that will be very helpful for you. Check it out and if you have any questions after watching please let us know and we will answer.

  • @BestPriceNutrition but am i suitable for protein shake

  • @eminemnill yes, but be sure to let your parents know what you plan on taking and have them watch a vid or they can ask questions if you wish.. Check out our vid on bodybuilding supplements for teens if you want more info on supplements for teens. Hope this helps.

  • I am 15 and about 235 pounds, i want to lose weight and build muscle, can you tell me what supplements to take before and after work outs?

  • @fetcher556 well first and foremost you want to get you diet in order. You need to eat less than you burn but not so little that you sacrifice muscle. Therefore you can attack it from both ends of the equation, increase activity and cut calories however keep your protein intake at 0.75-1g of protein/lb of your goal body weight/day. At your age avoid stims, so a good pre- post- is Empyrean Nutrition Beta Peptide (pre) and Insu-Pro (post). If you have further ?s let us know.

  • hi im 13, 6'3, 240 but im trying to get stronger and loss a lil weight, could u help me out in what proteins and supplement i could use?

  • @lilchesseable we would recommend starting with a good recovery supplement to take post workout. We like Empyrean Nutrition Insu-Pro for post workout. Now in addition to a good diet and training program you may want to add a protein powder as well (Allmax, Gaspari, and Tru Nutrition Sciences all make good ones). Hope this helps.

  • i am 15 6ft1 weigh 168pounds and want to bulk up i have definition and im quite broad for my age but i want to get bigger any help?

  • @MrEmmanuel1995 check out our video on how to gain weight / how to gain muscle as it addresses your question in depth. After watching feel free to send us questions if you have any and we will answer back. Hope this vid helps.

  • I'm 18, 6'3", and weigh 250 pounds, i enjoy my large frame but am looking to tone up without necessarily bulking up or losing mass, what would be best for me?

  • @THEOSUKING well first and foremost you want to shoot for ~0.75-1g of protein per pound of your goal body weight per day. From there you want to figure approximately how many grams of carbs and fat you need. A good method is to record what you eat for a few days to see where you stand (if you have a smart phone there are real good apps). Then you can cut back you calories a bit say 10%. Right now Glenn has a Facebook page dedicated to his goal of getting lean, he's about your...

  • @THEOSUKING (cont'd) size. If you go to our YouTube homepage there's a video titled "Glenn's 12 Week Weight Loss" that has all the info on what Glenn is doing that you may find very helpful. Hope this helps.

  • @BestPriceNutrition Its just info my parents want me to know before starting it, why is it so controversal for teens to take, is there no exact answer because of how relatively young it is, but what if you took a 100% pure monohydrate from bodytech or Allmax, by the way which one would you recommend out of those 2, or also Optimum Nutritions micronized, wouldnt that be safer since its not a blend like others?

  • @TheMan16111 are u talking about creatine

  • @suicide814 Yes but never mind

  • Im 16 years old. 6'2 and i weigh 143 pounds. What would be best for me to take to bulk up??

  • @badboysam10 check out our new video on how to gain weight as it will give a nice thorough explanation, if you have questions after watching feel free to post them.

  • Hey i am 15 Years old and i play Football and i want to get bigger What is the best Protein For me i am 66Kg And 173cm So what would be good for me And i also do bodybuilding and i wana get big buy i dont want to be really fat i want to get bigger in muscle way but not in Fat ways so i need alot of muscle but not soo much fat at the same time. What would be the best one? Thank you

  • @NeOsaX96 in that case you want to look for a protein powder low in calories from carbs and fat and there are many. A couple examples include Tru Nutrition Science Tru Tein (blended powder) and Allmax Isoflex (whey). We have a video on how to gain weight you may find of interest.

  • @BestPriceNutrition Hi I'm 16 years old and I have been boxing for a year now and I'm interested in taking a muscle supplement that will help with my cardio and muscle endurance. I have never taken a muscle supplement before but I have done some research and it looks like Beta-Alanine is the type of supplement I am looking for. What i would like to know is if Beta-Alanine is the supplement I'm looking for or is there some other supplement that would do a better job at helping me? Thank you

  • @MrKwackAttack you are correct Beta Alanine would be very helpful for what you are looking to do.

  • @BestPriceNutrition Thank you very much

  • @BestPriceNutrition I am 6 foot, 200 pounds, hitting my growth spurt, I play football and I am a lineman. I am looking to gain muscle with some weight. Currently Im taking is Gold Standard All Natural Whey Protein after workouts 4 times a week . Would you recomend to go to a gainer, is age an issue with that, or should I just switch to a regular whey and what kind should I take(Name)? And could you recomend a creatine also? If you respond will you give a brand of these you think is best?

  • @TheMan16111 whether you need a gainer or not is dependent upon if you are gaining right now as that would mean you are getting enough calories to facilitate growth. For creatine we recommend creatine monohydrate, you can pick up the trademarked Creapure from Allmax or Optimum Nutrition. We have a video that will be posted on how to gain weight next week that should be really helpful for this if you have any questions after watching feel free to ask.

  • @BestPriceNutrition Thank you one question though I am looking at optimum's site and found this supppement called the platinum hydro protein, and it supposed to be a lot better than their gold standard 100% whey(which Im thinking of switching to), and they claim theirs more grams of protein but the scoops bigger. Just curios what you think is better for a teenager. And what is the best whey protein in your mind?

  • @TheMan16111 check out our video on hydro whey as it will be very helpful (it's neat the top on our list as we just made it a couple weeks ago). The best whey proteins are Cross Flow Microfiltration whey proteins isolates, an example of one is Allmax Nutrition Isoflex.

  • @BestPriceNutrition What about for creatine the loading phase, and how does that work?

  • @TheMan16111 for most its 15-20g of creatine for 3-5 days or 0.35g per kg of body weight for 3-5 days followed by a maintenance dose of ~5g/day. It will decrease the time for your muscles to be saturated.

  • @BestPriceNutrition What if you stop taking it for a while or completely? Or if you miss a day how much will it affect your preformance?

  • @TheMan16111 if you miss a day after your muscles are saturated you should be fine, however you want this to the exception and not the rule. If you stop taking it for a while then the effects will leave however if you continue to eat well and train hard you will be able to retain your gains.

  • @BestPriceNutrition Ok thanks, two more questions which protein would you choose? AllMax Isoflex/IsoNatural or Myofusion? Money isn't that big of an issue, Im looking for a good product that will help me put on muscle and give me a little weight, and right now Ive been staying constant with calories. And With playing football should I take creatine during the season to keep it constant or would that be harmful so then should I stop and start again when I start lifting again

  • @TheMan16111 you can take creatine during the season, as for protein the Isoflex is a higher quality powder, not that there is anything wrong w/ Myofusion rather Isoflex is simply better.

  • @BestPriceNutrition Some people also say you should take breaks when taking it like 2 weeks on 2 weeks off should you do this or not, I know you have probably talked about this in some other video but there are just so many of them. So should you take breaks with it or keep it steady. And is the loading phase every week or just when you start

  • @TheMan16111 on creatine no, you want to use it for at least 8 weeks continuously as only 2 weeks will not be beneficial as you need to keep your muscle cells saturated with it. There is no reason to use it 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. Yes loading is reserved for when you begin using it after being off.

  • @BestPriceNutrition Okay what about like 6 weeks on then 4 weeks off because doesnt it take 4 weeks to get out of your system Im just going by what one of my family's doctors said

  • @TheMan16111 depends as it has a long half life, also assuming you eat fish and red meats you will continue to get creatine, just not in the amounts needed for performance enhancement. The question is why are you in a rush to get off of it? There are not any safety issues w/ taking it longer. If you want to do 6 weeks on 4 weeks off that's fine but you end up having to keep resaturate your muscles every 10 weeks.

  • @BestPriceNutrition

hiya, i am 14 and a half, i take whey protien after every gym session (3 times a week) and after most intense sport sessions like rugby or football (2-3 times a week)

what i would like to know is,

is it safe for me to take creatine? and if so which of out these 4 are best for me because i narrowed it down to 3:

    1.Creatine Monohydrate

    2.Creapure®

    3.Creatine Gluconate

    thanks

  • @liams888 well first off be sure to add some carbs to your protein after training or an intense sporting event. Creapure is a patented form of creatine monohydrate and one that we recommend. At 14 you technically could take creatine but you can still grow quite a bit without it, therefore we recommend waiting a couple years before getting on creatine. Hope this helps.

  • @BestPriceNutrition thanks :)

    2 things

1.ok so taking creapure wont do any damage?

2.even though i can grow without it, will taking it still help?

  • @liams888 no creatine has been demonstrated repeatedly to be safe for healthy individuals. Not really as it is not a rate limiting factor in you growing at your age, rather your limiting factors are time spent training (your so young you have not put in the time) and your endocrine system is just getting started and as it gets your hormone levels elevated you will really see a lot of gains from a good diet and training program, creatine is not needed at this point.

  • @BestPriceNutrition ok thats good to hear

and ok thanks, if i see myself growing at a slower rate as i get older i will look again at purchasing the product

thanks you were a big help! :)

  • 17 121lbs

I use Body Fortress Super Advanced Creatine High Performance muscle mass and stength fuel....is that a good idea for my age.?

  • @acore14 you can save money going with creatine monohydrate and get yourself a good protein powder, hope this helps.

  • Im 15 I play football and I work out 4 days of the week I am going to be working out for about 6 months this will be my second year weight training. Im 5'6 160 and all I want to do is get bigger and stronger I don't care how I look or what I have to take . Heres what im thinking of buying

    1.(pre-workout)BSN N.O. XPLODE

    2.(protein)? ? ? ?

    3.(creatine)BSN CELLMASS

Please suggest a protein for me price doesn't matter.

    Thank you

I really appreciate your videos very helpful and educational

  • @ThePortugue well you really don''t need a pre-workout for your goals. For protein at 15 we would recommend starting off with a good recovery powder and if you are going to take creatine we recommend creatine monohydrate. In addition to that if you keep training hard and have a good diet you will grow. If you need more specific info feel free to PM us.

  • Hey I'm 15, train HARD, around 3-5 hours gym workouts (suspension training, weights, etc), and about 5 hours tennis a week. I currently only take a concentrated multi-vitamin called Berocca. It's off the shelf but very popular where I live. It's concentrated B vitamins mainly. Would creatine / protein powders be a bad idea or should I wait?

    Thanks.

  • @PhyzikOG at 15 protein and EFAs will do the trick, you can wait couple of years for creatine as you can get some significant gains without it for a while.

  • @BestPriceNutrition Thanks :).

  • @PhyzikOG no problem, thank you for watching.

  • is it ok to take recovery at the age of 16;

  • @the1611995 yes as a recovery should be carbs and protein. At 16 you can go with a good recovery, multi vitamin, and EFAs and that should suffice. Hope this helps.

  • @BestPriceNutrition thank you guys for the help and for teaching me a little bit more about it. The stories I heard was that it can shut down your liver and what not, now that I know that is false and studies shown that it doesn't cause that I feel better about trying it out. Keep up the good work guys!

  • @youngsoldier93 no problem, glad we could help.

  • @BestPriceNutrition Do you think you guys can make a video about "creatine monohydrate" I've read a few articles about it but I would like an honest opinion about side effects and benefits. If you guys did could you send me a link? Thanks!

  • @youngsoldier93 we have that exact video up, go to our YouTube homepage and search creatine.

  • @BestPriceNutrition what about creatine monohydrate? Or do you guys not recommend any creatine?

  • @youngsoldier93 as a teen be sure to educate you parents, if they are on board then yes it is certainly safe assuming you are in good health.

  • I have Body Fotress Whey Protein and now I bought this body advanced super Creatine....Can I take these two together? And when exactly should I take it, before or after workout?

  • @youngsoldier93 you can however these are not products we would recommend as the creatine uses CEE which has been debunked and the protein is low quality but at least its not overpriced so it's not all bad.

  • Hi, I'm 17 and ectomorphic, looking to put on lean mass, particularly because I play rugby (i've already got diet and exercise down). I'm currently taking Whey and Micronized Creatine Monohydrate. Would it be ok to take a Pre-Workout supplement too? I was thinking Muscle Pharm Assault (or is Jack3d better?).

  • @pakiskillz308 well you really don't need the stims as energy should not be a rate limiting factor for your growth (they are the main ingredients in most pre-workouts). At this point you would benefit more from a beta alanine supplement, especially for a sport like Rugby. Let us know if you need a recommendation. Hope this helps.

  • hey, I'm 14 and I'm 5'3 and i workout a lot and i drink muscle milk after every workout and i wanted to no if thats ok

  • @laxplayer2110 its OK however it is not the best source of protein and the fats are not ideal post-workout. Ideally you want something with a 2 to 1 ratio carbs to protein. We have a video up on post workout nutrition, please let us know if you have questions or need recommendations.

  • take a c4 or a re build mass or muscle juice for a 17 year old

  • @Getswole31 are you asking us about these?

  • And what is the name of the 'New Chapter' whole vitamin? Thanks

  • @xXxBToWnxXx no problem, they make gender specific vitamins 'Every Man' and 'Every Woman'

  • Hi, I am 19 and I was thinking of starting to take creatine powder/pills, how much should I generally take after a workout?

  • @xXxBToWnxXx well it varies a bit based on body weight, the mean amount is 5g

  • hey, im 14 170pounds and 6foot and i do swimming 16hrs a week and two gym sessions a week. i want to look more lean and get more endurance strength what should i take? thanks.

  • @xZihaNx at 14 you should really focus on your diet, if you want to add supplements we would say start w/ protein powder, essential fatty acids, and a multi-vitamin. In a couple years discuss with your parents creatine and beta alanine, but for now giving your body what it needs will really help your endurance. Hope this helps.

  • @BestPriceNutrition Hey Mate,

I am 17 years old and i have to bulk up for rugby next season and i was looking at a protein shake Redbak Mass XXXL and i was wondering if this would be good to bulk up?

I go to the gym for at least an hour every day.

    Cheers man.

  • @InsaneGoldie looks decent with 1 to 1 carb to protein ratio, assuming its priced reasonably that should do the job.Hope this helps.

  • Im 17 and iv been in the gym for about the last year. what is a good all around vitamin for someone my age

  • @littlecake101 we really like the multis from Garden of LIfe and New Chapter as they are using cultured, whole food vitamins.

  • Is creatine monohydrate ok if your under 18?

  • @Monsterchief300 if you are otherwise healthy yes, but you should discuss it with your parents and educate them on creatine so they know what you are doing.

  • @Monsterchief300 HELL NO!!!

  • @jawbreaker480 lol are your serious? why shouldnt I then?

  • so if you take a protein powder will your hair and nails grow faster than if you didnt?

  • @looppykid not necessarily, it would be more if someone were deficient in protein then your hair would not grow at the rate it should and it would not be as healthy as it otherwise should be. When someone tells you a product will make you grow more hair, its not feasible as no product can increase the number of hair follicles, rather they can make t grow at the proper rate and make it healthier.

  • Great video and thanks alot for the help but i just have a couple questions.

-any difference between post workout powder and whey protein powders?

-and when should i be taking these supplements? Like creatine for example?

  • @sheao50 most good post workout products will have simple carbs added as well as protein. Ideally the carb to protein ratio would be 2:1. A good example is Empyrean Nutrition Insu-Pro. Creatine, onece you have loaded (3-4 days -g/day) you can take your 5g maintenance dose any time, however we recommend taking it with simple carbs, so putting it in your post-workout shake can be really beneficial. Hope this helps.

  • I am 15, weigh 130lbs, and about 5'6. I wrestle and was wondering about Kre-alkaline. What does it do, is it bad for kids, that kind of stuff. Any info would be helpful and appreciated

  • @magicman0300 creatine in any form will cause you to gain weight which may effect you in the sense of the weight class you compete in. As for Kre-Alkalyn we recommend saving money and going with creatine monohydrate as all of the research demonstrating the effectiveness of creatine has been done on it and it will save you $. Before taking it, talk it over w/ your parents and understand that it will likely bump you up a weight class.

  • Is whey good for teenagers

  • @manuelb863 whey is another form of protein, and one that is very rich in BCAAs. So it is something that can help increase ones protein intake.

  • what are your thoughts on creatine

  • @stevenpem check out our video on creatine for more info.

  • @BestPriceNutrition

    thannks for the help an

    one more thing is creatine

over all bad for u in the long

run an is creatine good on cutting

  • @itburns1000 creatine has been on the market since 1992 and has been demonstrated to be safe for healthy individuals. Please check out our video on creatine for more info.

  • im 14 an i want to kno wich ones u recomend

for gettin lean as in cutting

  • @itburns1000 getting lean comes down to eating less than you burn but not so little you don't preserve/add muscle as muscle will help you burn more fat due to the mitochondria (more than most other cell types). As for supplements start with a good protein powder and EFA supplement.

  • I can't really afford to take all of these- which ones would you recommend the most? I'm pretty lean, working on building muscle, growing taller.

  • @3greviews start with a protein powder and EFA supplement (recommend Minami Nutrition) you can get by spending less than $75 per month.

  • Dang i was considering a pre wprkput supplement...

    Oh well,

  • Hi, Im 15 years old, 95 pounds, and 5'3. I wrestle, and i want to gain 10 pounds, in 2 months. What supplement should I take? Please be specific, and please respond... Thanks

  • @Christmas091000 well there is not a secret that we are going to reveal, the bottom line is you need to eat more than you burn. So if you burn 2,000 calories and take in 2,000 calories you will stay the same weight, therefore you need to increase the number of calories you take in. As for supplements, calorie dense (weight gainer) is what you would want to increase your calorie intake. A good example would be Allmax Quick Mass. Hope this helps.

  • HGH!:)

  • Hey Guys, I was just wondering does Whey protein really work ? What makes it different from eating Tuna, Meat ect ect. And I need to Gain muscle but not too much, im working on getting more ripped. So i was wondering how many scoops of Gold Standard 100% Whey protein shall i take ? I am taking 1 Right now Post Workout. I feel its enough if i'm eating Right. What are your Suggestions ?

  • @TheLiquidSolid well they are all sources of protein, where they differ is in distribution of amino acids. It's good to get a variety of protein sources as you will get end up with a good dose of most amino acids, for instance whey is rich in BCAAs. Do you need whey or any other powder? No, however many people find it difficult to get enough protein from food alone, so they supplement their protein needs with a powder. Does this help?

  • Hey guys, how do you feel about BCAAs and EAAs for teens? My reading hasn't given me any reason to believe them dangerous, but I'm not sure whether they are actually worth the money in terms of results. Thanks

  • @rahuljin2 they are safe, however if you take a good quality protein powder then there is really no need for them as you will get plenty there.

  • Thank you for taking the time to post this video, but I have many questions. Iv'e been involved in sports all my life and have never taken any type of supplement. i would like to know in your honest opinion what a good protein shake is and where i could get it. If it helps, my goal is to loose some fat while gaining muscle. Again Thank you.

  • @eggopwn209 there are a quite a few to choose from. We have reveiws on a couple that are good examples, Allmax Nutrition Isoflex and Tru Nutrition Sciences Tru-tein. Hope this helps.

  • What about glutamine is that an important supplement?

  • @pigcow52 the evidence as to the benefits for otherwise healthy people taking in quality protein is lacking.

  • @BestPriceNutrition Hi I just want to say thank you for posting this video, I can definately tell you know what you are talking about. I take one protein shake after each workout and take daily vitamins and fish oil everyday. I want to start taking creatine, especially after this video. Should I take my creatine before or after my workout?

  • @DrewboyCCP thank you for the kind words. It really does not matter as creatine will accumulate in your body it's not something you take and feel immediately like caffeine. That being said many take it post workout as they prefer taking it with simple carbs so they mix it in their post workout shake.

  • if ur 15 can u take whey super advanced protein

  • @BestPriceNutrition im 14 i want to lose weight and have hard abs and cuts what should it take

  • @CharmedGirly91 diet and exercise are going to be the most important thing. Ultimately you need to eat less than you burn and you can attack this from both sides of the equation, 1) increase activity (calories burned) 2) decrease calorie intake (less than you burn), however you need to eat enough to recover and build muscle as this will lead to a leaner more healthy physique.

  • @BestPriceNutrition I'm 16 and have been taking a pre workout supplement called c4 and I have noticed I have been really explosive and putting on heavier weights

  • @BestPriceNutrition was isoflex once produced under the name isomax?

  • @HurricaneReign3 not that we are aware of.

  • hey man another great vid, im not a teenager but...lol

multi-vitamins is a debate i have been having with myself for awhile now.

consumer reports show how innefective it is, but then again we all know the corruption with 'watchdogs'. my question is can you put together a list for efficient mutli-vitamins.

    thanks again !

  • @UpalKashey multi vitamins can be very beneficial for many people as many of our foods are devoid of the proper nutrients. Also there is a lot of research is contrary to the Consumer Reports claims. If you eat a lot of fruits and veggies you may not need a multi. We do have reviews posted on some vitamins. Thanks for watching

  • @BestPriceNutrition I knoe you told me what to take but I had one more question, what would you recommend for a pre workout for a 16 year old like me?

  • @ferakachubs you really don't need a pre-workout, you could just take your beta alanine. If you do decide to take a pre-workout try something like ABB Pro NO as it only has 100mg of caffeine p[er serving with a good dose of creatine of beta alanine.

  • I'm 16 and I workout preety heavy about 5 times a week. I've been taking N.O Xplode caffeine free for a month. I'm preety satifised with the results. Do you think its safe for me to take regular N.O Xplode?

  • @ferakachubs you really do not need stims at your age as energy is not a rate limiting factor to your growth. Rather you will maximize your growth by taking the following in addition to a good diet and intense training program: Multivitamin, Essential Fatty Acids (EFA), Protein Powder, creatine and beta alanine are also very helpful. As discussed in the video be sure to keep your parents in loop.

  • @BestPriceNutrition Oh ok. um what are some creatine's you recomend for me? and instead of beta alanine what about bcaa's?....Sorry for all the question i just want to know whats good for me

  • @ferakachubs if you take a good whey or casein and are not on a hypocaloric diet you really do not need BCAAs. As for creatine, a pure creatine monohydrate is best, it's also the most cost effective so its a win-win.

  • @BestPriceNutrition Oh ok...do you know of any brands of creatine?

  • @ferakachubs sure there many to choose from that make quality creatine monohydrate. A few include Allmax Nutrition and Optimum Nutrition to name a couple.

  • @BestPriceNutrition Alright thanks for the support!!! are they on your website?
