Why fight and kill at all? If the English (and not just them, but conquerors in general) didn't oppress people and treat them like inhuman scum, there'd be no need for fighting death. When a Napoleon or a Hitler or a Bush goes in and destroys a continent or country for glory, only pain and death can follow. Animals fight amongst themselves, we as human beings are capable of a higher level of civility and shouldn't have to kill one another to settle differences.
