@TakehashiMishi I SAW THAT MOVIE! it wasn't that they were gay, but the japanese guy DID have some type of romantic feelings for him, but he didnt know how to deal with it. the blonde haired dude, however didnt feel the same way, nonetheless, he gave him kisses on the cheek. the kisses didnt mean the same to the blonde dude as they did to the japanese guy. in the end, the japanese guy did have him killed (i think it was him who did that...) even though he admired and cared somewhat for him.

I know 3 versions with david sylvian: "Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence"-OST, "Secrets of the Beehive" (original-cd), "Cinemage" (Special Guest at Ryuichi Sakamoto LIve).

And a very good acoustic version (without vocals) is on "Cinematique" from Chris Minh Doky, who was on tour with Ryuichi in the early '90s.
