Could you please tell me how you practiced double bass? I've been doing excercises for half a year now and I don't really seem to get any progress. I can play most of Opeth's songs but my double bass problem remains. PLEASE HELP ME!! Thank you :)

The drums are Premier Artist Maple. I use a Yamaha double pedal.
