In other words, the Hells Angel Biker is a known Gang Member, a DMV Traffic Law Violator and to say the least, the biker physically posed danger and verbally threatened the deputy several times.
I'll tell you one thing, if that alleged hells angel biker came to New York City and tried that behavior and responded to and threatened an NYPD Officer in that manner, he would have gotten a tune-up. The biker would have gotten a new start on life and perhaps would have become a new born again christian. The hells angel would not get away with that nonsense in NYC! At the very least, he would have been summonsed or arrested and his bike taken away.

Here's a news flash for our fine Deputies. When you harass people without a court order, probable cause or any public endangerment, you are going to make enemies. Is that your job? Making enemies by engaging in official misconduct? I'd like yo see you try that with a lawyer, or me. Somebody post the town in this video. It's time for a lawyer to dress up like a Hell's Angel and put one or two of these deputies behind bars. There seems to be no other way to fix this.

@supercj12 Turned out the Deputy was wrong, even admitted he just didn't like the guy, and the biker WASN'T DRIVING OR EVEN ON THE STREET IN THE FIRST PLACE. There was no disturbance or danger to the public at any time, nothing to "intervene" for, If you can't recognize official misconduct you will get what you deserve. They have a taser and boot in the face for you too.

Dude, you don't know what you're talking about! Deputy Fausto had more than enough reasonable suspicion that the "Hells Angel Biker" was commiting a traffic DMV violation / misdemeanor / felony offense based on information the deputy had observed within his department computer system. In other words, the Hells Angel Biker is a known Gang Member, a DMV Traffic Law Violator and to say the least, the biker physically posed danger and verbally threatened the deputy several times.

I'll tell you one thing, if that alleged hells angel biker came to New York City and tried that behavior and responded to and threatened an NYPD Officer in that manner, he would have gotten a tune-up. The biker would have gotten a new start on life and perhaps would have become a new born again christian. The hells angel would not get away with that nonsense in NYC! At the very least, he would have been summonsed or arrested and his bike taken away.

If a robber is at your back door, the cops won't be of any help with their 12 minute average response time. It'll be too late by then. They aren't necessary at accident scenes. In my lifetime cops have hassled me more than helped me and that's probably true of the majority of the population.
