  • Hey all, I used 2 cups cauliflower, 1 cup cheese, half a cup egg whites - but it didn't stick into 1 unit =1 It was wet and pretty much splattered when I took it out of the oven after I had topped it with cheese and garlic powder. I'm not sure why it happened. Do I need to whisk the egg whites or what? What do you guys think the problem was for me? - It tasted awesome-ly!! btw :)

  • Brother, this recipe ABSOLUTELY ROCKS!!! THANK YOU!!! I love Italian food and substitute my pasta with low carb methods, vegetables, etc... The one thing that has been missing from my Italian entrees, are those bread sticks! Now I have my answer! You're awesome Bro...tons of great recipes and they'll be a game changer for me in my pursuit to keep shredding that extra percentage of body fat!

  • Help. I must have done something wrong. After 30min i flipped the bread and it was still set in the middle. I put it back in on 450 and it was still wet. What did i do wrong? I used 1cup cauliflower, 1egg,,1cup mozzeralla cheese

    I'm guessing that the water content was too high. When I've made this recipe, I take handfuls of the cauliflower and squeeze them in my hands to squeeze the liquid out. It takes a little while but the results are worth it. I also do the same with my mashed cauliflower to give it a better, firmer texture. But that's just me.

  • Okay I just got done making these for the whole family, one word. AMAZING. They were super yummy and cheesy, whole family loved them. I kind of broke them a little during the flipping process but I was out of pam. Next time they'll look even better. But the taste was great, Big thumbs up for this one Michael!

    And for the doubters, yea, this guy's videos do help a lot of people. I know you don't know me, but I'm one of those people. I don't eat 100% healthy yet, but I'd say I've crossed the 70/30 threshold (eating healthy 70% of the time) , I've gone from 165 to 153, and my abs are visible for the first time in my life. And it only started when I found this guy's videos. He keeps things really, really simple, and only uses the healthiest ingredients.

  • @GBSm0keGB If you didn't notice almost all of his foods are healthier alternate versions of the actual food. For example, Ice-cream is just a frozen banana and pizza is just muffin plus some tomato sauce. Jealous because you can't look like him.

  • @GBSm0keGB Pathetic attempt at advertising another channel. If you even took the time to watch any of these videos, you would see that they're all about making SUBSTITUTES for unhealthy foods, and getting as close as possible using healthy, clean ingredients.

    Besides, these videos have helped a lot of people, so the opinons of an ignorant dick like you won't end up meaning much.

  • @fagaaaa - Just take a dish, place the vegetables in it, add a bit of water, place a lid on it, and microwave for about 4 to 6 minutes (depending if they are frozen or not). It's so simple, but I might make a video on it to explain. Let me know if you guys are interested.

  • Only negative is the amount of cheese, fat free or not you should try a substitute for it.

  • @CJMFitness you can easily alter the amount of cheese. mike makes these videos as a guideline for us...it's not like you have to follow it exactly

  • @CJMFitness Considering fat free cheese is almost entirely protein, I don't see any problems with it. That is, unless you are die-hard dieting and can't have any dairy or sodium.

  • @IrishRhavin IMHO it tasted like nothing no flavor it was just yuck. And i bought THE SAME ONE hes useing in the vid. Your better off getting the whole fat one or 2 percent and fit those into your marcos i eat full fat chesse milk while cutting and have no problems just fit them into your marcos. Hope that helps and you take my advice its nasty
