Hello all im new to home brewing been watching these videos I wana make my own one day but was wondering where and when there is live web shows and chats ?
when was your b-day? mail me if you can, mine is greg@northshoretileandstone.ca. By the way if you want a bathroom or kitchen reno, i got family in carlton place. think about it.
Mmmmmmm european larger that's my favourite coopers kit it's super and that pink powder is strong stuff it's used in the dairy industry to remove stubborn stains as always cheers craig
What a mess!! Ha! just joking. Though i should report you for duplicating some vhs's back in the 90's. Its funny when you go through a desk or box that you havent been through in years, you find some pretty interesting stuff. cheers!
Can"t wait for the Holiday Ale review!!! This time of the year I look for Bock Beer! Remember the old timers saying "It's the bottom of the barrel" (:
Does an entire junk / bedroom count, Craig? LOL...
My bedroom is a sort of work space come sleeping area.
More space for junk than sleeping though :)
Well, to me it isn't junk, it's precious things HeHeHe... Shame the Mrs doesn't see it that way.. Still, the peach schnapps kit I made for her should keep her quiet hehehhe.
Sorry Craig, I have a 3 month rule. If i haven't touched something in 3 months I throw it away or pass it on to some one that can find use for my old junk. And when i say throw it away, my local pickers usually get the useful stuff before the trash truck comes through. So when i clean i make sure i put my trash out a day early so the pickers can go late night shopping.
If you go through a box you haven't touched in years you may ask yourself why am i holding on to this stuff...
Nice! I inherited what loks to be the same mixer years ago. Your junk drawer is similar to my junk cabinet - old audio gear and (tons of) old computer equipment.
@pablitocopado It's around 62F most of the time down here. Not ideal, but it can be done. Carbing is best done a lower temps, but again it's something you learn to work with if you don't have a dedicated fridge.
Craig, a good rule to follow in your life in regards to junk is this. If you haven't used it for 5 years or more, then you don't really need it. Time to sell/give away/throw it. You have a smal fortune of junk there you could sell on ebay!
Craig, round where I live we have a "throw out" twice a year, everyone throws their junk out on a specific sunday, and then the bin men come and get it no matter how big it is... I have started to rename it a "throw in" because whenever they have these events the amount on junk in my flat grows. I do not think it started a recycling drive, but somehow it turned into one, its great :) you find some amazing stuff in peoples junk. ps, i got a chest of draws from it, now i can get more junk!
Happy Birthday Craig! Cheers!

how do you drink all this beer and wine fast enough??? do you have help or are you the only one drinking it most of the time?
HokieHomeBrew 1 month ago
@HokieHomeBrew I go through periods when I don't make any beer for a while, so I usually get ahead a few batches. But it's just me drinking it.
