For those of you asking about using this on an iPod touch, where you don't have wifi, the answer is yes, sound hound will work. It will hear the song, and keep the search saved, and when you eventually connect to wifi, it'll tag the song for you!

This app is heaps better thn Shazam, I tried singing and im terrible and it still got the song right in the other hand Shazam doesnt pick up the songs straight away.

dude i have a question.if you are humming the song but you are on a different music note for example if the song is on re(d)- and you sing on nto(c)- will it still recognise it?

@foxysau79 i'm not quite sure. all i can tell you is that when i hum, the songs are typically recognized (and I doubt that I'm hitting the right note when I do).
