Love the nice booming sound of the strings, balance between really tasty slap and great intonation. Would really like to know what kind of strings, miking, etc. it takes to get this sound. Of course, I realize that more than strings and amplification, the guy's got good basic technique.
@kevtheskin you'll never believe me, but its weed whacker string...i can see him almost every tuesday perform and he's told me firsthand its weed whacker string
