Annette reaaalllyy needs to stick to her own songs. Tarja is amazing. Annette, not so much. Whenever Annette tries to sing anything Tarja did, she just makes a fool of herself. Her singing abilities are no much for Tarjas. If she sticks to the new stuff she's much less likely to be compared to Tarja and she won't fail quite as much. I never got a chance to see Nightwish with Tarja in concert, it's a shame, and I have no intentions of seeing Nightwish now...

She doesn't sound as horrible when she sings her own songs, but that's because they were written for her voice and she would be doing herself (and all us old Nightwish fans) a great service if she stuck to what she could sing. Anette is a good singer in her own right, however that being said she needs to stay clear of tarja's songs as she dosen't sing like tarja. Anette has her own style and its not tarja, the reality is that Nighwish is different yet almost the same with anette's voice, but they can't carry tarja's voice without tarja. So, they have a new singer and new voice, they need new songs not tarja's songs.
