Muslim women can be very hard to distinguish from men - if they make an effort to remove all their facial hairs, they look less masculine.. Some can be a bit pretty as teens, but once a Muslim women has turned 25 years she looks 20 years older than the rest of us.. Even a nose-job won't do them any good, even if it's a big thing in the Muslim world
