PS: Also I dont know classical music very well, it is simply about if you like a music piece or not....and Medtner is fantastic, totally underrated
I just played this at a concert on Tuesday. It went off perfectly! :D We even managed to play at about this tempo, and at the end the guest of honor came and congratulated us particularly out of all the different participating pairs of duet partners. Thanks for uploading this video, it was a great reference in our practice sessions :)
This piece was dedicated to Edna Amy Iles - close British friend and pupil of Medtner.
