what's wrong with charging people for being too lazy to walk to the park?
there's already enough people that want something for nothing

Good thing it wasn't passed. City and Town parks should not be able to charge an entrance fee... that's what the State parks are for. It was a shame for Cape Elizabeth to even suggest it.
