@NerfFight55 Herbie Hancock actually didn't write this entirely.. it was a collaboratively written/recorded with John Mayer. If you watch the clip from the 'possibilities' dvd, Mayer actually ended up doing the majority of the writing; as well as compose the basis of the song's groove.

That's not DeLa, that's Sean Hurley. DeLa (along with his management) decided to leave the band in June. I saw the show in Toronto on July 7th and Sean was great. Miss DeLa though.
