@JoeKEPRODUCTIONS Hey..... go to halo 3 and look at his armor.... there is no thrusters, this is the first time that kind of armor has been seen in ANY halo with the jet pack on it (it's very different from the one in reach) so no..... not thruster, new kind of armor i'm guessing.
