So, now that you have had it a few months, are you still in love with it??
I really want to get one, but the reviews on the Amazon, and so far the only ones I can find are quite poor. They say it is all plastic and shipped with metal shavings on a cheap motor.
@MrVisionx I still really love mine - it keeps perfect time, but I know there are others who have had experienced quality control issues. The base and frame of the clock are constructed from metal. The controls and decorative elements are made from plastic - which is not out of line with what I would expect at this price. The fit/finish of those parts is very good, and it isn't evident that they're plastic until you actually touch them. A shame the mechanical design isn't as good.
@vanburg Yes, I would recommend - the build quality is quite good on all the parts that really matter, fit and finish is very good. The only thing that seemed "off" on mine was the rheostat for the LEDs (which I am adjusting in the video) is mounted kind of wonky...but it's not something you see from the front, and functionality isn't affected. Mine keeps very accurate time so far. Interestingly, the alarm is electromechanical (it's an actual bell that sounds when it goes off). I love it!
I want this clock! It sucks that its 80 bucks. Thanks for the video.

@gvcdkg Check clock3.com - I believe their price is significantly less.

Been thinking of getting myself one of these for my office. Would you recommend, is it well made?
