It Sad What GM Did To Detroit and Flint MI An American Company Could Screw Up An American Town. I Remember As A Kid In The 80's Seeing That Rodger Moore Movie What GM Did To Flint. It Is A Depressing And Disheartening Film The Way GM Treated Their Workers That Was Devoted To The Company.

I live in Spain and I didn't know anything about Dinah and her TV show. But I must say that since I found her in Youtube, and watched these amazing commercials, I want to have a Chevrolet. What a magificent way to selling cars back then!
The only Japanese Shit Box that's a classic is the original 240-260-280 Z, and the ONLY Japanese car I'd ever consider owning. How many American cars are Classics from the 40's to early 70's ? Many !
She really could sing but i hate blatant advertising. See the usa in you chevoret was a good commercial but I don't think i could put up with a decade of the same singer singing about every crap model.
This was a "custom" ad, seen during the final season of Dinah's Sunday night NBC "CHEVY SHOW"; for a decade [1951-'61], she was the "face" of Chevrolet on TV (and radio)- as was the custom, the star of the show delivered a "personal pitch" for the sponsor's product...and nobody sold cars better than Dinah!
